About WrenchDesk
WrenchDesk is software for running a car repair workshop: the job card, the estimate, the invoice, the parts on the shelf and the conversation with the customer, in one place, in Arabic and English.
Why it exists
Most garages in the region still run on a notebook, a WhatsApp chat and an Excel sheet someone updates on Fridays. Jobs get forgotten between the service advisor and the bay, parts walk out without being billed, and the owner finds out what the month made only when the accountant closes it.
Generic accounting software doesn't help much, because it knows invoices but not cars. It has no job card, no mileage, no technician, no "waiting for parts", and no customer asking on WhatsApp at 11 pm whether the car is ready. WrenchDesk is built around the workshop's day instead: a car comes in, someone writes down what it needs, the customer approves a price, the technicians do the work, the parts come off the shelf, and the invoice goes out with the right tax on it.
Who it is for
- Independent workshops with one bay or twenty, and chains with several branches.
- Service advisors who book and talk to customers, technicians who need the job card on a phone, accountants who close the month, and owners who want the numbers without asking.
- Workshops in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and their neighbours. The invoices follow each country's tax rules, the screens and printouts are in Arabic or English, and prices are in the local currency.
What we hold to
- Your data is yours. Each workshop has its own workspace at its own address, and can export everything any day. Nothing is shared between workshops.
- Arabic is not an afterthought. Every screen, message and printout works right to left, and each person picks their language.
- No promises the product can't keep. The site says what WrenchDesk does today. If something isn't there yet, we say so.
- Real people answer. Write to us and someone who knows the product replies.
